Located in Meeniyan, just 90 minutes from Melbourne, Pandesal Bakery was started by Stephen, an acclaimed baker with a passion to create a natural bread without preservatives or additives.
By using a long fermentation process, they achieve a bread with more flavour, using only the basic ingredients: flour, water and salt. Sourdoughs are their focus – the process and fermentation can take up to 36 hours from start to finish.
They offer a great variety of sourdoughs, Turkish loaves, ciabatta, polenta, fruit loaves, spelt sourdough and many more. In fact, they have a different selection of breads and pastries made fresh every day....
