I'd had a couple of good experiences here, but the last time was very disappointing. There was 8 of us, including my son. Everyone received their meals apart from him. We all started digging in, thinking his was on its way. The rest of us had finished and he still hadn't gotten his. When I complained, saying the chef had obviously forgotten it, management replied that they hadn't forgotten it, it was taking a bit of time to cook. It was a burger! Not very good
