In this superb class delivered to you by the master craftsmanship of Ms. Emi Tanaka, you will learn different techniques used by Japanese artisans to create the beloved Japanese pottery.
This class consists of four sessions: three days of making the pottery and another day of glazing.
Session one:
You will make slab plates and bowls using different moulds or hand shaping. You can make up to eight plates and bowls.
Session two:
You will be making cups, flower pots, vase, or anything you wish to make by hand building up to six items.
Session three:
Trim the outside of what you made in the second lesson.
