Rooms are clean with shampoo, body wash & conditioner dispensers Facility to make hot drinks, usually milk is in fridge Easily accessed WiFi at okay speed Good size for 2 people and a couple of visitors Beds and pillows usually quite comfortable Air-conditioning is highly effective and usually quiet Parking, have an umbrella if its raining In room entertainment is expensive, use of TV controls challenging Fridge is small and won't freeze water No crockery or cutlery for own food No microwave Advertised minibar might mean 'small unstocked fridge' Overall, excellent staff, very clean, comfortable rooms, perfect access to north or south motorway ramps, usually very quiet, booking.com prices are competitive, an ideal stop over point or base to explore Sydney surroundings

I felt so unsafe when I went to the local shops that I planned not to leave the hotel again. I would not recommend Liverpool to anyone, in fact, I would discourage anyone from staying in Liverpool.

I loved the spacious room and bathroom and very comfortable King size bed. The location wasn't great, mainly because we arrived during peak traffic, and we didn't know our way around that area. I think it could have been sign posted better.

Overall it was a good suburban area. Like everywhere you have your good and bad places. Not as crazy as the city but not country life either. Plenty of places to eat and a major shopping centre with public transport and easy access to the main highways.

As Meriton Liverpool recently opened the rooms, facilities were brand new. More importantly the staff is super friendly, very flexible and goes the extra mile to make the stay very comfortable. Parking in underground garage or for free in weekend on very nearby parking lot. Safe and secure, clean and very pleasant. Housekeeping is good and efficient, with the option to have ECO-less cleaning if requested. Amenities are good.

Enjoy our Stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, A lot to choose from. Value for Money especially for Families. We’ve stayed more then twice when coming to Sydney for family functions past 3 years. Staff had great service as always, and lots to do in the hotel. We recommend the Mercure, Liverpool. Enjoyed our stay.
